Save One Soul was started in August of 2016 by a group of dog loving friends.
Our mission is to save unowned or shelter dogs with minor to moderate illness or injury by getting them appropriate vet care. While recuperating, the dogs are placed in foster homes until they are adopted.

To qualify, the dog must have illness or injury, we must have a foster ready to take the dog on, and we must have the financial resources to help the dog.

We do not have animal control powers, and the dog in question must be surrendered into our care.

As an all volunteer foster, based organization in the Louisville, KY area, we do not have a brick and mortar location.
